this is how big of a dork i am....poached a middle school running track late at nite to try out my new singlespeed/fixie. did some speed intervals as well. 2nd time i poached this track well after dark. lights from school a couple hundred yards away allow my eyes to adjust to what little lite there is. got to watch out for stray hurdles but other than that it is a blast. only makes me wish we had a velodrome in our are. that would be BADASS!! 12 x 400meters . basically did a lap at max effort and followed it with a recovery lap. laps were 41-44 seconds. legs were a little tired going intp initial effort, but felt ok. last 2 intervals were second or 2 slower than first few.
